UPS dropped the ball on delivery "The label fell off" but Ramsond the maker of this product sent me one next day air at their expense and I got it two days later. It was packed very well and was received in great shape. It needed some assembly with simple tools. One thing I would tell a potential buyer is even though it says it needs a 150psi compressor to run it in the ad, it does not. When you get it and read the info inside it needs at least 30psi but better at 50 to 80. The compressor should be a big tank type as the small tank ones won't keep up even with the lower pressure. It works so far for everything I need it to, nice clean cuts and easy to use. Kris FALLOW UP Here we are two weeks later and second use of tool. It fried, yes sparked and smoked.
