After installing the software and plugging it in to the USB port, and hooking a probe up to the internal test signal, the scope worked flawlessly out of the box. Installation on a Windows 7 64 bit machine went smoothly, giving absolutely no problems. The software offers all of the functionality you'd expect from a 2 channel scope. Although the software has a few rough edges, it works well and gets the job done. The only thing I had a real serious problem with was the pulse width trigger; for whatever reason, I could not get this feature to work, no matter how hard I tried. It may be related to what I was monitoring, or something different, I'm not sure, but it never seemed to trigger reliably on a pulse. Rising and falling edge triggering worked perfectly.
